What we collect

Depending on how you use ZetrexMC, we may collect:

• Your Discord user ID
• Your Discord username and display name
• The Discord server you applied through
• Your Minecraft username, if you provide one
• The answers you submit in an application
• Your application status and the reason given for the decision
• Records of decisions our staff made on your application

We do not collect your email address or payment details, and we do not read your messages in the Discord server.

Why we collect it

Only to operate the application system:

• Processing and reviewing applications
• Confirming you are a member of our Discord server
• Assigning or removing Discord roles when a decision is made
• Telling you the outcome
• Keeping a history so decisions can be reviewed or appealed

Storage and sharing

Data is stored in our own database with access limited to authorised staff. We do not sell it. We share it only where necessary to run the service. That means Discord, which is how notifications and roles are delivered.

If you provide a Minecraft username it is checked against the public Mojang account API to confirm the account exists. Only the username is sent; nothing else about you is shared.

How long we keep it

Application records are kept for moderation history until removed manually, so a past decision can be looked up if it is disputed. If you would rather yours were removed sooner, ask us.

Requesting deletion

You can ask us to delete your application data at any time by either:

• Opening a support ticket in our Discord server
• Emailing us at the address below

Please contact us from the Discord account the data belongs to, or include the Discord user ID, so we can confirm the request is yours before deleting anything.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect stored data against unauthorised access, including access controls on staff accounts, encrypted connections, and audit logging of staff actions.
